Do I need to be home during the service?
Not for exterior work. We handle everything while you're away. For interior window cleaning, someone needs to be home to let us in.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry full liability insurance and are properly licensed to operate in North Carolina.
What areas do you serve?

How long does a typical job take?
Most homes are done in one visit. Window cleaning: 2-4 hours. House washing or pressure washing: 2-3 hours. Gutter cleaning: 1-2 hours.

What if it rains after you clean my windows?
Rain actually helps. Rainwater is soft water. It's the minerals, pollen, and salt in standing water that cause spots. Your windows will look great after rain.
What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Soft washing uses low pressure and cleaning solutions for delicate surfaces like siding and roofs. Pressure washing uses high pressure for hard surfaces like concrete and brick. We use the right method for each surface.
